Mookie was the first dog, without him knowing he was one. I wanted to make a statue of a Rottweiler dog, scary like that, but halfway through making it, it fell off the stand and got a kind of sideways head movement, which made it downright cute.

For him, I collected rusty bicycle chains, but it was really hard for me to find, so I left a bucket for bicycle facilities, to keep for me when they have them, and they put all kinds of chains in the bucket, so the soft chain, I played with it, and suddenly I felt like making an Afghan spirit dog, whose hair is like this Moving… So I started collecting the non-rusty chains as well.
